This is a fun opportunity for intermediate students to practice French, meet other people in a lovely café or in a private house in downtown Nice and transform their French. Prépa mentale** — On pose l'intention de la session. Un icebreaker pour briser la glace avec les autres et avec soi et préparer le mental à la suite. **2\. Circuit training** (cardio & renforcement musculaire) — Des exercices physiques adaptés à tous les niveaux. On active le corps sans le brutaliser. **3\. Immersion** **dans la mer** — Une baignade en mer pour ancrer dans le corps ce qui s'est passé dans la tête. Si tu as peur que l’eau soit froide, sache que tu seras préparer pour. **4\. Debriefing** — On met des mots sur l'expérience. Ce qu'on a ressenti, ce qu'on retient, ce qu'on emporte. **Pour qui ?** Tout le monde*. Pas besoin d'être sportif·ve. Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 22 at Streetlight Guild. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. **SCHEDULE:** 6:45ish - Quick introductions 7:00 - Timer starts: write for 1 hour 8:00 - The End **OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING** happens before and after the writing hour.
