I struggled with bulimia for 15 years, and I’ve always wished there was a space where I could talk about it openly, without judgment, without shame, just honesty, support, and people who *get it*. People who are also on this journey. People who want to heal and figure out who they are beyond bulimia. So, I decided to create that space. **What is this group about** * A space where you can talk about your **binge eating or bulimia** without feeling judged. * A space to reconnect with yourself — the *you* that exists beyond the eating disorder. * A space for support and real connection with people who are going through (or have been through) the same thing. * A place to share your wins *and* your hard days, and be met with encouragement and support. **What to expect** * Journaling prompts, discussions, games, readings from ED-related literature, meditations, and more. * Deeper conversations — not just about the ED, but about who you are underneath it all. **Who is this for?** * **This group is open to women who are struggling with binge eating or bulimia and *want to recover.*** **What this *isn't*** * This is not therapy. Important information: The event will always take place regardless of how many people attend the meetup. There is always a second laughter yoga conductor (Heidi) and a couple of other regulars who don't use Meetup. Laughter Yoga is a unique concept that combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing to promote wellness and overall happiness. You will learn how to laugh without reason. The event is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress, boost their mood, and connect with others in a light-hearted and fun way. You don't need any yoga experience, just the willingness to laugh. **Do I need special clothing?** * Just wear comfortable clothes. Please bring some thick socks or clean shoes for the room. **Do I need anything else?** * It is essential to stay hydrated. **Please bring some water**. * Comfortable clothes. Thick socks or clean shoes for the room. * An open mind. **Is it free?** * Participation costs 5€. Alternatively, you can use Urban Sports Club. Our teacher Thorsten has many years of experience and will gently guide you to your next level. This course is designed for beginners as well as experienced life drawing artists. Our models change weekly. They allow us to practice short and long poses. This allows your eye to train in recognising movement and form, while also giving you enough time to study the model more closely. In addition, every week, we include a short excursion into different aspects of figurative drawing – be it anatomical issues, lighting, or the structure of the human figure. DEUTSCH SIEHE UNTEN === Our silent walks are finally here. We challenge you to join us in the next two weeks for a daily silent walk in the morning through Hasenheide. **In a nutshell:** we meet at 07:55 am in front of Little Johns Bikes (1 minute walk away from metro Südstern), and at 08:00 am we start walking together into Hasenheide for a one-hour loop, finishing where we started. It is a completely silent activity, from start to finish, from hello to goodbye, and we ask you to respect that. Even if you come with friends, please do not talk during the walk. **Why should you join these walks?** The idea is to create space for a few simple things. First, a chance to start the day by being outside and seeing morning light for a longer stretch of time. Morning light helps regulate our circadian rhythm, and being outdoors makes that light much more effective than staying inside. Second, a chance to be together without small talk, or any talk at all. We invite you to feel accompanied without having to think about what to say or make conversation. Third, a chance to take some mindful time. While we walk, we invite you to notice the park around you and stay in the moment. What was your favourite bird today? How many bikes passed us? What sound do our steps make on grass, and how does that change on gravel? We will offer one optional daily question or challenge to help you stay grounded. Wie klingen unsere Schritte auf Gras, und wie verändert sich das auf Kies? Jeden Tag geben wir euch eine optionale kleine Frage oder Beobachtungsaufgabe mit, die euch helfen kann, geerdet zu bleiben. Und eine Möglichkeit, sich zu bewegen, was einfach ein guter Start in den Tag ist :)

We have one long pose - you can choose whether to draw several studies from different angles around the room, or take your time to do a single sustained drawing or painting in full detail. The pose is held for 20 minute intervals with five minute breaks in-between so the model to rest and stretch, and so artists can move between seats if they choose. We provide some materials such as paper, pencils & pastels for free. Canvases, brushes and acrylic paint can be purchased at the event. We hope to see you there very soon!

So I'm starting exactly that — for women who are beginner - intermediate lifters and want to keep going. Deshalb entwickelte der indische Arzt, Dr. Madan Kataria 1995 diese fröhliche spielerische Yoga-Methode: Lachen ohne Grund. Lachend, spielend, tanzend, singend und bewusst tief atmend - auch bei Frost und Schnee - stärkst Du gleichzeitig Deine körperliche und mentale Gesundheit und Fitness sowie Dein Immunsystem! So beugst Du Krankheiten vor. Dafür gibt es auch eine spezielle Übung: das vorbeugende Lachen. Du verbindest Dich lachend mit den anderen Teilnehmer\*innen. Du aktivierst eine Menge Glückshormone. So stärkst Du Deine Resilienz und kannst gelassener, fröhlicher und unbeschwerter in die neue Woche gehen. Und bei Kälte lachst Du Dich warm!!! Wichtig: warme Füße!!! Also entsprechende Schuhe sind wichtig!!! Übrigens: "Lachen ist der Tanz des Atems" sagt ein indisches Sprichwort. Es ist also Atemtherapie pur. Wo kannst du besser Sauerstoff aufnehmen als an frischer Luft? Auf dem Tempelhofer Feld lachen wir seit 2010 bei jedem Wetter, außer bei einer Unwetterwarnung.
