Du spürst\, dass Emotionen festhängen und eigentlich in Bewegung kommen wollen? 3\. Du wünschst dir mehr Kraft\, Lebendigkeit und ein tieferes Vertrauen in dich selbst? 4\. Oder du möchtest eine neue Perspektive auf deine psychosomatische Beschwerden gewinnen? 5\. Vielleicht bist du auch einfach neugierig auf Körperpsychotherapie und willst sie ganz praktisch erleben\. In dieser offenen Gruppe vermittle ich die Grundlagen der energetischen Körperpsychotherapie. Und zwar im direkten Erleben, "am eigenen Leib" sozusagen. Denn der Verstand weiß schon so viel, aber eine gesunde Verbindung zum Körper ist in unserer Kultur verloren gegangen und wird erst in jüngerer Zeit wiederentdeckt.
