In this 1-hour class, we practice fun and accessible strength training through playful movement, bodyweight exercises, pulling drills, resistance band work, and the use of playground equipment when available. The session is designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence in a friendly, beginner-friendly way, with options to scale up if you already have some experience. This class is for you if you: ● Want to build strength in a fun, low-pressure setting. ● Are new to strength training or returning after a break. ● Prefer outdoor movement and do not want a gym membership. ● Enjoy small, supportive groups and a relaxed atmosphere. ● Want to try something active, social, and a little different from a standard workout. **About the instructor - Miguel Tan** Miguel Tan is a Chinese American who has been living in Hong Kong for many years. He is a school PE teacher and a personal trainer, with a teaching style that is active, encouraging, and easy to follow.
