Through this study we hope to become better acquainted with this wonderful book of worship and praise, as we see how righteous people dealt with a variety of life situations and emotions. Open Heart Meditation is a relaxing, joyful and "non-serious" guided meditation to help the heart open and feel more peace, sweetness and joy. Due to Coronavirus concerns and for the wellbeing of all our participants, temporarily, sessions are not available at the Hove Community Centre. However, good news! Meditation sessions are available online via Zoom video conferencing. We have made it super easy to join right from your browser. Simply select a name and join the meditation session. Now you can enjoy a group meditation from the comfort of your own home. How good is that! Sessions are available at the usual time, every Tuesday at 7pm (ACST). The program is quite simple: 1. Let's get together on Zoom and work on our art practice! You can work in any medium, be a beginner, intermediate or advanced artist, start or finish works in progress, or you can just hang out and observe artists at work in their own environments. Spend a few minutes beforehand getting set up, brewing coffee or tea and gathering your supplies. It should be an enjoyable experience with no pressure to perform; I can relate to performance anxiety because I have a terminal case of it. We can show each other what we are working on and talk about our process; or we can just quietly work and feel the presence of each other in our individual acts of creation. This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise.
