I’d love to invite you to a special outdoor session by the sea where we’ll practice Qigong with a bamboo stick together. This is a practice I truly love, and I’m excited to share it with others as a simple, enjoyable way to relax, connect with nature, and enjoy a deep, refreshing stretch. Volvemos a la carga con mucho teatro y más ganas que nunca de poder compartir este maravilloso arte con vosotros. Teatro en estado puro al alcance de todos! Este curso pretende facilitar el descubrimiento y la ejercitación de los hábitos creadores del actor en el alumnado. Haremos un repaso de todo lo aprendido (técnicas de formación del actor, cuerpo, voz, paleta emotiva, improvisaciones, desbloqueos…) para entrar a fondo en un trabajo de escenas cinematográficas y teatrales. Los alumnos aprenderán, mediante la práctica, a trabajar una secuencia cinematográfica y una escena teatral, se enfrentaran a retos de creación de personajes y escenas, en función de la necesidad de superación de cada alumno. Se les otorgará personajes y situaciones más conflictivas, siempre enfocándonos a la mejora y superación del trabajo interpretativo del alumno. Se trabajará a fondo el análisis de personajes y textos de distintos géneros, para finalmente presentar las escenas. Se incidirá más en el trabajo individual y grupal para mejorar las capacidades actorales. Todo esto intercalado, con clases prácticas y de formación actoral, para poder ir aplicando lo aprendido en las escenas y profundizar en un trabajo más completo. Para este grupo es necesario una experiencia mínima en teatro. The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event. We will be hearing from Becca Powell, Director of Advocacy and Outreach at Unchained At Last, an organization whose mission is dedication to ending forced and child marriage in the United States through direct services and systems change. Unchained At Last's mission clearly meshes and addresses several of our Humanist Ten Commitments. Becca will educate us about an issue many of us may not be familiar with--but should be.
