As a reminder for those nervous about their fitness level: Everything we do, we do with all fitness levels in mind; so the exercises are always adjustable to your level and you’re always strongly encouraged to take it at your own pace - I mean, we’re not called My Pace for nothing! This is a **free** event. Hello friends! Meet us there at 14:00 with your favourite blanket and whatever you want to eat and drink. Also a bathing suit and towel in case you want to jump into the water and splash around. We will be able to play badminton, volleyball and whatever else you want if you bring the necessary equipment.
