Outdoor calisthenics workouts are a fantastic way to build strength, improve fitness, and enjoy the great outdoors 😁🦾 Calisthenics is a form of strength training that uses the resistance of your body and gravity to help strengthen your muscles and improve your coordination, endurance, and mobility. It’s a workout that relies on body weight with little or no equipment. In fact, almost all common bodyweight exercises are considered calisthenics exercises. Some examples include: - airsquats - pushups - pullups - frogstand -handstand -musclup -backlever aso 😁 Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, calisthenics provides a holistic approach to fitness. 🏋️‍♂️💪

This is an idea that came from London, we will give it a go in Luxembourg. For each event, we'll try to find a restaurant from a different country, by going through the letters of the alphabet. Some letters might need to be skipped and for others we will have a lot of choice. (I for Italy or India for example, plenty of restaurants to choose from.) The first (and hopefully not last!) restaurant will be A for Algeria. If there is enough interest and a little closer to the time when we have a better idea of numbers, I'll call Miam Miam to book. For those coming from Luxembourg City, the restaurant is about 15 minute walk from the train station. Note: no alcohol is served at Miam Miam. Their food is halal. Wir freuen uns euch zu sehen (virtuell oder vor Ort). * 18:00 Uhr: Einlass * 18:30 Uhr: Talk * ab 19:30: Ausklang des Abends Dank an [qSkills](https://qskills.de/) für Location, Bier und Pizza! \-\-\- Oft sollen Anwendungen in entkoppelten Modulen entwickelt werden, um Ordnung und Struktur in unseren Code zu bekommen und darüber Wartbarkeit zu garantieren. Microservices stellen dafür einen sehr konsequenten Ansatz dar, können aber auch eine hohe Komplexität mit sich bringen. “Monolithen” hingen sind vergleichsweise bequem in der Entwicklung, stehen aber im Verdacht, schnell zu einem unübersichtlichen “Big Ball of Mud” zu werden. Diesem Problem versucht “Spring Modulith” entgegenzutreten. Damit werden Spring Boot-Anwendungen in einer gemeinsamen Codebasis entwickelt (”monolithisch”), innerhalb dieser werden aber Module definiert ("modulitisch"), deren korrekte Verwendung anhand von Architekturregeln kontinuierlich überprüft und sichergestellt wird. Außerdem erweitert Spring Modulith das Spring-eigene Eventsystem, um auch zur Laufzeit für eine Entkopplung der Module zu sorgen. In diesem Live-Coding-Vortrag möchte ich anhand praxisnaher Beispiele eine Einführung in Spring Modulith geben und mit euch diskutieren, welche Konsequenzen sich für unsere Anwendungen daraus ergeben und für welche Szenarien dieser Ansatz besonders geeignet ist. \-\-\- Dein Vortrag bei der Java Usergroup Nürnberg! We have never until now featured Zinfandel, the ubiquitous California grape with the Dublin Wine MeetUp Group. At its best Zinfandel, is rich, voluptuous, with great depth of red and blue fruits. Jammy and hedonistic are common descriptions Each person should bring one bottle of an quality Zinfandel wine; be creative and quality conscious, with some bottle age if possible. Turley, Martinelli, Biale, Seghesio, Ridge, Hartford Bedrock, Carlisle, Klinker Brick, Frog's Leap, and anything from the Rockpile vineyard is likely to be very good to great. The Prisoner wines began as a Zinfandel blend. Also bring a protein based appetizer to share and **a wine glass for your personal use.** Cheese and meats are best with these wines. There will be a gas grill behind the clubhouse to grill. We’ll gather at the Oak Creek clubhouse, where the Dublin Wine Group, hosted by Thom and supported by Timothy, will take it from there. We practice, dance, and enjoy a BYOB bottle of your favorite wine at the Dublin Ballroom off Sawmill, North, and “milonga” is a social event for tango dancing where dancers socialize. A “*practica*” is an informal social event for tango dancing where dancers focus on practicing the dance; while a “*practilonga*” combines the relaxed atmosphere of a “*practica*” with the format of a “milonga.” We are doing it all! ***Cost is $10 payable to the Teacher.*** *Cost is for the cost of the venue and covers some snacks.* We have had fun doing this event in the past. Please arrive promptly as lessons begin at 2pm. Don't worry about bringing a partner as there will be others at the event from outside the group that: a) might have a clue and b) won't step on your toes. The event is BYOB (similar to our Salsa events), so bring your favorite and a wine glass. We will likely find a place for dinner and drinks after the dance.

Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 22 at Streetlight Guild. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. **SCHEDULE:** 6:45ish - Quick introductions 7:00 - Timer starts: write for 1 hour 8:00 - The End **OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING** happens before and after the writing hour.
