**We will hike about 1.5 miles on a loop then reverse to get about 3 miles. The trail is flat but there are some roots etc. protruding so Iโ€™ll be using poles. There is an old homestead there that is interesting. I always feel as though this preserve reeks of peace and tranquility. We will hike at a pace of 3 to 3.5 mph (but youโ€™re free to go faster if youโ€™d like!)** **Optional lunch after if there is an interest.** **There is limited parking at the site so we will meet at Samโ€™s Bar (one mile south of Seymour) and carpool from there. Plan on departing from Samโ€™s at 10 am.**

Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
