Usui Reiki

The Mental Peace lab is a weekly meditation class where you get to tune in to peaceful mental states, which is the core of Buddhist meditation. Different approaches allow to do this, which we'll explore together. The class each time consists of a guided meditation, a practical and interactive Buddhist teaching and concludes with a nice collective meditation that draws from this teaching. After this, for those who wish, tea is served and we can chat :) The class is taught in English by an experienced meditator and translated sequentially into Greek. Wearing confortable clothes is advised. Seating is on chairs or on cushions. There is a suggested donation of 5 EUR which can be paid in cash or by REVOLUT/IRIS. Hoping to welcome you !
