We play any kind of board and card games. Most of them are german or language neutral games. It doesn't matter if you are casual or core player. The main thing is to meet and have fun. Bring your own game or choose one of about 150 games we have on site. You want to play a certain game you don't own, ask Björn (spielfest-berlin@email.de) if he can bring it or ask in the comments. Please RSVP if you like to come. It makes things way easier to organize, if we know how big the boardgame-enjoying-crowd gonna be. This is a **shuffle**/**cutting shapes** class for **beginner** and **intermediate** shufflers where we'll be learning a **choreo** and practise it to various speeds. **This time, we're gonna learn the second part of the choreo that we started last time. You won't need the first part - we'll work on the second part only and then combine them at my next class at the beginning of May. However, you can already learn/refresh the first part with the help of the videos in our telegram channel - link at the bottom of this post!** **What you need to bring with you:** **Shoes**: If you'd prefer not to shuffle in socks, please bring a pair of dedicated clean athletic shoes with white soles. **Water**: because Shuffling is like an intense cardio workout :) **Fee**: 10€ (in cash or paypal **after** the event) to cover the cost of the rent, because we're not doing it for profit. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome! We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking is available in the surrounding area.
