La practica de Yoga sobre las tablas de Stand Up Paddle, todo un desafío para tu cuerpo y para tu mente, además de una actividad refrescante 😃 ¿Qué vas a hacer? SUP Yoga es una clases en la que realizamos un práctica de vinyasa y hatha yoga adaptada a las condiciones que nos ofrece la tabla.
