L’any 2026 es compleixen 90 anys de l’inici de la Guerra Civil i és a més en el que es compleixen 50 de l’aprovació per les Corts franquistes de la Llei per a la Reforma Política quan feia un any de la mort del dictador. Aquest curs pretén repassar, sis dècades després, no ja que va conduir a la revolta feixista contra l’ordre democràtic, sinó, que ha passat perquè després d’una guerra fratricida i una dictadura de gairebé quatre dècades, la nostra societat estigui evolucionant cap a una situació on res fosc no sembla haver passat.
