**Entspanntes ADHS-Treffen mit Liliputbahn-Fahrt durch den Prater und optionalem Aufenthalt in der Luftburg danach.** Wir fahren zusammen mit der Liliputbahn und haben dann Zeit für Plaudern bei Kaffee oder Essen (optional). Dieses Treffen ist für Erwachsene in Wien mit ADHS – diagnostiziert, selbst-diagnostiziert oder einfach neugierig. Du musst nicht gesprächig oder sozial besonders begabt sein, um mitzukommen. This meetup is for adults in Vienna with ADHD – diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or just curious. You don’t need to be talkative or “socially skilled” to join. You can simply come along, share the experience, and talk as much or as little as feels good. This is not mainly a space for dissecting symptoms or fixing ourselves.
