Every Tuesday we meet live on Zoom for a short, simple, and joyful breathwork session.
This isn’t about pushing or performing.
It’s about releasing tension, resetting your nervous system, and coming back to yourself — all in just 20 minutes.
We use music, guided meditation, and conscious breathing to quiet the mind and connect to something deeper.
It’s a beautiful way to soften the stress of the day, land in your body, and carry more ease into the rest of your week.
💫 To Get the Most Out of It:
- Avoid eating right before we begin
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Use headphones or good speakers (the music and guidance are key)
- Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie down without interruptions
- Bring a blanket or eye mask if that feels good (optional — we keep it simple)
This is a gentle, heart-centered group — open to all levels, backgrounds, and experiences. Come as you are.

⚠️ Contraindications
By reserving a spot, you confirm that you’ve read and accepted the following:
Breathwork is not advised if you are currently experiencing:
- Severe/critical illness that impairs breathing
- Severe uncontrolled hypertension
- Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy, pacemaker, or irregular heartbeat (unless approved by your doctor)
- Tinnitus, hernias, or other conditions that may be aggravated by intense or prolonged breathwork
