Please bring the usual hiking equipment:- backpack with lunch and and something to drink
- good, comfortable hiking boots
- Sunsceen and sunglasses
- Tick spray
- hiking clothes acorrding to the weather, maybe a rain jacket and/ or an umbrella (always be prepared for rain)
- hiking poles, if that is something you are feeling more comfortable with
