Hello and Welcome! This group is for people who would like to practice yoga and other wonderful practices such as breathwork and qi gong outdoors in the nature. All levels welcome!
I am a certified yoga and qi gong teacher. My style of yoga is a more slow hatha/vinyasa style somatics inspired yoga as well as yin and restorative. I am also a health coach and have extensive training in anatomy and physiology.
The aim of my yoga practice is to improve mobility, strength and posture,
reduce neuromuscular pain and symptoms related to chronically-tight muscles and create greater mind-body awareness.
The attention will be on moving with skill, control, and awareness rather than aesthetic-orientated yoga practices.
