Yoga is for the body, brain and spirit!

Welcome everyone who loves or would like to reach the work-life-body-brain balance.

We are an online and in-person Yoga and Science oriented group organizing yoga classes online, outdoor and in yoga studio at Bucheggplatz, Zürich.

The yoga classes will be the combination of Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Elemental yoga and Fascial yoga, pranayama (breathing practices) as well as some QiGong exercises.

They say 1x per week keeps you fit; 2x per week brings you progress; 3x a week changes your life.
