Join the CenTexSUP Race Team for a fun night of Intervals and Tech Training!

Requirements: Bring your own SUP with leash, paddle, and Personal Floatation Device (PFD). This is a SUP workout, so don't forget drinking water!

Meet at the Walsh Boat Landing at 6pm. You can drop your SUP under the trees by the dock on the left side of the boat ramp (make sure one of us is watching it for you) and park at the paid parking just up the hill ($5).

What to expect: Once we are all assembled and introduce ourselves, we will paddle across Lake Austin to the Bee Creek area where we will set up a buoy and put in a solid workout doing sprints / intervals and turns.
