Landing - A Calm Place to Be, Before the Year Begins

The first day of the year doesn’t need fireworks, resolutions, or forced optimism. Sometimes, what we need most is a soft landing.

This gathering is an early-evening space to arrive gently into the new year — especially for those who may be feeling tired, reflective, disconnected, or simply uninterested in starting January with noise and pressure.

We’ll spend time in light, unhurried conversations at tables, followed by a quiet segment to sit with a short reflection prompt, and then move into calm one-to-one exchanges. Sharing is always voluntary.

There is no agenda to fix, improve, or perform.
This is not about resolutions, productivity, or “starting strong.”
It is about arriving as you are.

What to expect

  • A peaceful, grounded atmosphere
  • Gentle, unforced conversations
  • A short optional reflection prompt
  • Space to leave feeling calmer than when you arrived

What this is not

  • Not a party
  • Not a networking event
  • Not a workshop or group therapy session
  • Not a place for loud energy, or dominating conversations

This evening quietly sets the tone for how my events will unfold in 2026 — slower, deeper, and more intentional — including The Foyer, After the Break, Be My Date — The Next Chapter, and the Interview Series: The Inner Journeys.

Practical notes

  • Doors open at 5:15 PM
  • The event starts on time
  • The event is held in English

Please arrive early enough to settle in.

Photography
Photos may be taken during the event for documentation and community sharing (event page and Instagram). If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform me before the event begins. This will be fully respected.

Community & event etiquette
This space works because participants show up with presence and responsibility.

  • If you RSVP “Going,” you are expected to attend.
  • If your plans change, please remove yourself from the Going or Waiting List at least 12 hours before the event.
  • Cancellations less than 6 hours before the event will be marked as a No-Show and may affect participation in future events.
  • If an emergency arises, message me directly to avoid being flagged as a No-Show.
  • Please do not attend if you are on the Waiting List.

Boundaries

  • This is not a space for promoting or selling products or services.
    Participants who do so will be asked to leave and removed from the group.

These boundaries are in place to protect the quality, safety, and integrity of the experience.

By attending, you agree to respect both the structure of the event and the experience of others.
