Understanding Emotional Eating – Why Weight Loss Doesn’t Work When Emotions Remain Unaddressed

Emotional eating is not a failure of willpower. In many cases, it is the body’s attempt to create safety, comfort, or regulation.

Together, we will explore:
• the difference between physical hunger and emotional hunger
• the cycle of restriction, loss of control, and guilt
• the role of stress, the nervous system, and inner safety
• common emotional triggers (e.g. overwhelm, loneliness, exhaustion)
• why “eating less” is rarely the solution

You will not receive a diet plan or rigid rules. Instead, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the mechanisms behind emotional eating.
