“Curious about posture? Join us for a session where we’ll experiment with movement and body awareness through the Alexander Technique—no experience needed. This is a regular class always on Mondays.
We explore simple movements gently. Learn to cultivate awareness of our body's responses to thoughts and also to activity. This class provides practical tools to enhance overall well-being by improving personal posture, coordination and a sense of inner rest.
If the Alexander Technique is not new to you, or you already practice other somatic work then you're welcome to deepen your experience with it, find new aspects of holistic work test to seamlessly integrate it into your daily life. Come explore the transformative power of mindful movement with us.
