Location update - after speaking with the restaurant, it is better for the day trippers to launch from Sweetwater than where the campers will be. Please have your equipment all set up by 11. Those that are camping will paddle over to Sweetwater by 11:15. We will all join up and paddle for the day. There is no set paddle timeframe just what people want to do to enjoy the day. When we paddle back to Sweetwater, it is important that the day paddlers put their equipment back in their car. With so many of us, there is only limited space from the boat launch. It is important that we are respectful of the area. The manager knows that we are coming. The restaurant itself is first come first serve, but there are beach bars when you’re waiting. People can get tables as they wish. It’s a really great outdoor spot with live music.

The Mullica River is a beautiful spot for paddling. On this river is the Sweetwater Marina and River deck. There is always live music and fun to be had. Additionally, there are plenty of hiking trails through the pine barrens to explore.
