Join Peter Dudka, former Head of Product at Class.com, for a hands-on session that will equip you with practical frameworks for applying AI to your PM work. Drawing from real experience using ChatGPT to maintain product velocity in a hectic, resource-constrained startup, Peter will introduce you to OpenAI's framework for identifying high-impact AI use cases—from eliminating repetitive tasks and overcoming skill bottlenecks to navigating ambiguous product decisions. You'll learn the six fundamental AI "skills" (content creation, research, coding, data analysis, ideation, and automation) and explore how to apply them to core PM workflows, such as competitive analysis, user research synthesis, PRD development, user story decomposition, and stakeholder communication. Through guided exercises using your own product challenges, you'll get hands-on experience with advanced features like projects, custom instructions, and tool-specific capabilities across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot. Leave with actionable techniques you can begin applying immediately, starter workflows to build from, and clear next steps for deepening your AI integration over time.
Note: While you can still learn from simply observing, we recommend having your model of choice ready to use. Some hands-on exercises may work best with a paid account (individual or team/enterprise) for either OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
