Urban Sanctuary is int he heart of the historic five points and we are happy to be able to feature several lovely souls who want to share their gifts with those who want to receive them. We have a range of classes from yoga to community acupucture, to workshops on ayurvedic massage. Our studio is warm and inviting and supports the healing journey of all who inters its doors.

It is true, we are all made of stars. Astrology and Flow provides a space to tap into all that we are, slowing down, connecting to your Astral frequency. Move intentionally as we listen to the rhythms of the cosmos and receive our own unique messages from the stars. Wingspan Dance is Urban Sanctuary's very own invitation to build endurance, trust and tap into your unique playfulness while finding grace & in an aerial sling. Each class students will learn choreographed movement set to music with time at the end to perform and film themselves! We encourage you to post of social! This class is designed for intermediate students and can be introduced to beginners as well if you're eager to explore! ***Recommended at least three prior aerial classes.
