Automatic writing is one of my favorite ways to release blocks from the body and get clarity from your higher self.
This is not a journaling class. The difference between the two is journaling is a conscience form of writing and when we come from the conscious mind it can support our suffering, justify the reasons we are stuck and keep us searching for solutions.
Automatic writing does not come from the conscious mind, it comes from a place beyond you, beyond your suffering, your blame, and beyond your pain. With this practice, you will get guidance, clarity, and understanding from a source whose only job is to free you from your stories of lack.
The yoga postures will support the body in releasing and moving the energies that are ignited through the writing.
