There’s a moment — just after something hits a nerve — when everything speeds up.
The body tightens. The mind starts replaying. And before you know it, you’re not just feeling something — you’re inside it.
In this upcoming session, we’ll explore that moment, and what becomes possible when you learn to stay with an emotion rather than react from it.

What we’ll explore
Many of us grew up in environments where certain emotions weren’t welcome. So we adapted — we suppressed, people-pleased, distracted ourselves, or became very good at seeming fine.
But those feelings didn’t disappear. They just went underground.
Together, we’ll explore how to recognise what you’re actually feeling, how to stay with it without escalating it, and a simple practice for responding from your wiser self rather than your activated one.
We’ll also gently explore the roles we learned to play — the strong one, the easy one, the capable one — and how those roles can shape what we allow ourselves to feel.

This is for you if:

  • You often don’t know what you’re feeling until much later
  • You suppress, overthink, or react before you’ve fully registered what’s happening
  • You’re ready to meet yourself a little more honestly

A warm, facilitated two-hour gathering with reflection, discussion, and a guided closing practice. Small group. Come as you are.
