HOW TO DISSOLVE THE PAIN BODY This month our meetup group looked at the Ninety seconds to allow our anger to surface then we had valuable discussion on having the power to turn our emotional circuitry on and off by choice. This meant we don't have to carry anger for long periods of time which affect our mood our body and our sense of well-being. May 18TH session is another step to let go of our pain body and not identify with it. Everyone has a moments of despair, anger and unhappiness that can make your life miserable, or we have a choice to be happy. We need to recognize the pain-body when it arises. It can arise when something happens that reminds you of a past experience. Become an expert in noticing consciousness and what is happening inside your thoughts and body. This work is based on expert advice by Eckhart Tolle who says Pain can only feed on pain. Pain cannot feed on joy. It finds it quite indigestible!
