Building Resilience and Happier Relationships (with Non-Violent Communication)

Details

A practical workshop to give you ideas for how to express yourself with authenticity and relate to others in a way that build bridges and connection. Feeling more confident about what goes wrong in communication and how to avert it or fix it is a great source of resilience. Leave with practical tips to help you navigate difficult conversations and reconnect with people.

It will be led by our special guest Nati Beltran, an expert in empathy, relationships and human potential, with a particular passion for non-violent communication. Read more about Nati and her work here: https://www.natibeltran.com/who/

This workshop is perfect timing for the Action for Happiness campaign of Jump Back Up July, which is all about exploring different ways we can be stronger and more resilient.

We recommend you RSVP by officially joining the 10 Keys Group here https://actionforhappiness.org/groups/brighton. We can then send you additional info and resources relevant to the session.
