Details

In a fast-paced digital world, this is an opportunity to slow down, get creative, and make something meaningful by hand. Join a small, relaxed group to create 2–4 handmade cards that you can take away and send to people you care about.
This is a self-guided creative session and is suitable for all skill levels - no experience needed, just a willingness to get creative!

### What’s Provided

Basic card making materials will be supplied (thank you to the Rotary Club Northbridge for funding this activity), including:

  • Blank cards
  • Glue & scissors
  • Coloured and patterned paper
  • Lettering supplies
  • Stickers and decorative elements

You’re also very welcome to bring your own materials if you’d like to personalise your creations further.

### Before You Come

To make the most of the session, you’re encouraged to look up ideas or inspiration beforehand, as the activity is self-guided.

### Optional Activity: Send a Thank You

You’re invited to create a thank you card for someone who has made a difference in your life.
If you finish and write a message in at least one card during the session a postage stamp will be provided so you can send your card straight away.

### What to Expect

  • A calm, welcoming atmosphere within a small group
  • Materials laid out and ready for you
  • Time and space to unwind, slow down and be creative
  • Please make a purchase from the cafe
  • Leave with 2-4 cards you can use to give to people as occasions come up

Thank you to the Rotary Club Northbridge for funding this event.
