Mindful nature walk

We will take a quiet gentle 1 hour walk around North Lake, 10:30-11:30am, stopping occasionally to direct our attention to our senses of seeing, hearing and feeling.
10:00 We will meet and chat to begin, and also have a casual chat after the walk at 11:30, but the duration of the walk will be mostly quiet with sharing focussed on our present moment experience.
I’m a yoga and meditation teacher and have led courses and retreats.
