Willunga Basin Trail S11 (~13km | ~200m Elevation)

Join us as we explore Section 11 of the Willunga Basin Trail, a scenic and varied hike through the beautiful McLaren Vale region.
This section offers a mix of quiet country roads, bush tracks, and open landscapes, with rolling terrain and some gentle climbs along the way. Expect wide views, vineyard surroundings, and a peaceful trail experience.
We’ll meet at Penny Red Beer Co, which will also be our finish point.
From there, we’ll organise a carpool and drive about 13 minutes to the starting point at Chapel Hill Rd (Gate 19). We’ll hike approximately 13km back towards the brewery.
After the hike, we’ll stay at the brewery for a well deserved meal and a beer together.
Looking forward to a great day out on one of the most scenic sections of the trail.
