Hello ladies, it is time of the year that the hills turned into a magnificent color display. Welcome to join me for a relaxing around 2km in the beautiful village Stirling and capture some awesome colors of the autumn with either our phone or camera. You need to be fit enough to walk around 2km-3km, slow and mindful.

after that, let us share our favourite photos over a coffee(lunch optional) at the Common Room Cafe Project:).

No prior photography experiences needed, open to any level, all you need is an eye for beauty and the art of noticing.

Creative Journaling Workshop

Welcome to join art therapist Stella Bella for a two hours mindful and relaxing workshop of creative journaling. Bring your own journal and create your unique and expressive pages through writing, drawing, painting and collage. No experience required. All you need is eyes for beauty and an open mind to experience as it is.

What we provide
-old magazines and brochures
-glue sticks
-coffee, tea, snacks

What you need to bring
-your own journal
-your favourite scissor
-snack to share (optional)
-stickers, papers, cards, stamps and whatever you want to work with.

Forest Bathing Hike
It’s the time of the year when Adelaide hills display an array of autumn colors and also the best season for forest bathing. A 15 minutes forest bathing (solo and silent) experience has been included in this autumn hike. Let us relax, recharge and rejuvenate by the rich oxygen from the forest.

After the walk, optional visit to K1 winery for wine tasting with Autumn colors :).

What is forest bathing?
Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice of immersing oneself in nature using all five senses to boost health and reduce stress. It involves slow, mindful walking or sitting in forested areas—inhaling tree-released compounds called phytoncides—to lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety, and improve mood.
