Camping at Onkaparinga

Join us at Pink Gum Campground.
We’ll have two or three campsites booked depending on numbers.
(Two cars can park overnight for each site, others in the nearby car park, 8 people per campsite). Unpowered but there is a toilet.
Would someone lead a hike along the river? Let me know, a simple path out and back is fine if you want.
I will bring a barbecue plate, bring your own jaffle iron if you have. Grab a jumbo one for around $30 at Anaconda or BCF.
Can someone bring a camp table? I’ll bring a small one, another would be great.
In the morning, we’ll have a leisurely campfire coffee and breakfast.
Costs: There’s a $20 fee per person, which helps cover booking camping fees. I’ll bring some firewood.
If you bring a bag of firewood it covers your fee, and any leftover funds go toward the group’s $600 annual Meetup cost.
Walker Safety:
Each participant is responsible for their own safety and that of their guests. Make sure your guests are aware it’s a hiking event and come prepared with water, proper footwear, and weather protection. By RSVPing, you acknowledge that you and your guests take full responsibility for your safety and will not hold the Event Organiser/s liable for any incidents.
