Swan Valley Memory Cafe

The Swan Valley Memory Cafe meets at the Minchin Centre in Middle Swan.
SVMC offers social connection for people with dementia, their carers, and friends. Everyone is welcome.
The cafe is open to anyone looking to make social connections. People living with dementia require a carer to accompany them.
Come for a chat, play a few games or crafts, laugh, and develop a network of support and friendship.

Refreshments are provided. The building and toilets are easily accessible for people with mobility requirements. Parking is at the front of the centre.
