Slow Yin: Rest & Release is a slow, floor-based, meditative practice designed to support nervous system regulation, gentle release, and embodied presence.
This class blends subtle, mindful movement with long-held, supported stretches inspired by yin and restorative practices, along with guided meditation and breath awareness. Postures are held for several minutes at a time, inviting the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and tension to unwind naturally.
This is not a fitness-based class and no prior yoga experience is required. Students are encouraged to move slowly, rest often, and listen to their own bodies. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply supported.
About the facilitator:
Nika Solé is a second-generation Reiki Master, yoga instructor, and meditation teacher who has been active in the healing arts since 2013. She has traveled worldwide offering healing work, yoga instruction, and meditation classes, supporting students in cultivating deeper connection, balance, and presence.
Through her teachings and writing, Nika has built a global community of over 100,000 students and followers, known for her ability to share accessible, embodied practices that bridge energy work, movement, and modern life. Her approach is grounding, intuitive, and deeply supportive, inviting clients to reconnect with their inner wisdom and nervous system.
Nika currently offers private and group yoga and meditation classes in Orange County, California.
