Art therapy is all about using colors, textures, and imagination to explore feelings in a playful, nonjudgmental way. You don’t need to be an artist—just curious! Whether it’s painting out your stress, sculpting your dreams, or doodling your way through big emotions, art therapy helps you see your inner world in new shapes and colors. Think of it as a creative playground for your mind and heart—where every brushstroke, scribble, or collage is a step toward self-discovery and healing.
