My Bootcamps run every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening all year round with an average of 20-30 people per session. Each 60 minute class will test your cardiovascular abilities in different ways as well as improving your functional strength and posture. I do this by use of traditional movements (think burpees, push-ups, lunges, squats etc) with a strong focus on FORM as well as some running and sprinting thrown into the mix!

The group attracts people from all over the World, some new to Sydney plus long-term residents, and many regulars have made firm friends because they workout together!

What's great about group exercise is that the group provides motivation to push yourself harder than you normally would on your own and the variety of exercises every week makes it fun, rewarding and worthwhile. Your qualified personal trainer (Rich) has a style in which you will be supported and encouraged to push yourself to your limits as an individual to ensure you gain maximum benefits each week.  All fitness levels are welcome, so come along and test yourself among friends.
