High Intensity interval training + LEG and Core strengthening fitness class every Monday and Tuesday in Hyde Park:

We exercise for 55 minutes, the first section being a number of rounds of high intensity TABATA. We then move on to a LEG strengthening round followed by a focus on core strengthening. The last section is another High Intensity round. We end the session with 5 minutes of stretching.

I am a qualified Personal Trainer who will get the best out of you every week! High Intensity training is proven to reduce fat and increase lean muscle mass.

This is a social class and great way to meet new friends while getting exercise.

I bring a portable speaker so we can workout to the latest pumping tunes!

We meet under a large oak tree opposite the ANZAC Memorial (College St side of Hyde Park, next to the Reflection Pool) from 6pm, starting at 6:15pm sharp.

Its a great way to start to build an exercise routine into your week if you haven't done so before. You'll love the feeling afterwards, so come and try it out!

The session will cost you $10 which is GREAT VALUE!! Please bring cash to class.

Fine to bring bags with you. I'll look after any valuables.
