My fitness sessions run every Monday and Tuesday evening all year round with an average of 5-20 people per session, depending on the weather and time of year. Both 60 minute classes will improve your general fitness, functional strength and endurance. Both sessions are the same format but with different body weight exercises to offer some variety and you'll be subjected to the infamous "Sally Squats/push-ups" and abdominal/core strengthening!
The group attracts people from all over the World, some new to Sydney and some long-term residents. Many friendship shave been made over the years.
What's great about group exercise is that the group provides motivation to push yourself harder than you normally would on your own and the variety of exercises every week makes it fun, rewarding and worthwhile. Your qualified Personal Trainer (Rich) has a style in which you will be supported and encouraged to push yourself to your limits as an individual to ensure you gain maximum benefits each week. All fitness levels are welcome, so come along and see some great results after just a few weeks.
Feel free to bring friends or work colleagues as I do not limit the group size and all you need to do is turn up and train. Just wear suitable workout clothing, bring a bottle of water and $10 cash.
