Come and experience the benefits of yoga asanas with our community minded classes that welcome everyone. You will reap the rewards of a calmer mind and body, feeling gently reenergised yet peaceful and the positive effects of moving the body in a conscious way.

-Breath work - to slow and steady the mind and bring our focus inwards
-Yoga asanas (poses) with a blend of stretching, gentle asanas and more dynamic asanas. With variations and adjustments available to suit all bodies.
-Yoga nidra - deep relaxation to conclude classes
-Mantra Meditation
-Homemade treat to conclude

BYO mat - if you have blocks and a bolster/ pillow. You’re also very welcome to bring other props and items of comfort.
