Whether you're prepping for an upcoming event or just keen for a full body workout - this 1 hour high energy session is for you.
Let by exercise physiologist and PT Tim Wallace, you will be coached through HIIT style conditioning in a motivating and professional environment. Tim's training approach balances performance with injury prevention, making it suitable for both competitors and those looking to challenge themselves.
