Buddy Up Australia is an event based community organisation for current and ex-serving Defence and First Responders, and their families.
Join outdoor adventures, fitness, wellness and social activities.
Membership is free and includes in person and online events.
Some events are free and some are low cost.

Yoga Wellness Day
Sorento, Northbridge, Perth, AUCome and enjoy a relaxed morning of yoga and breathwork.
Buddy Up Team Leader Megan will be joined with Andy Fermo from Invisible Injuries to guide you through different styles of yoga. Each style will have different options for you to adopt depending on your experience and range of movement.
