AI and Creativity: Where do we draw the line?

Details

Artificial intelligence is no longer a future idea, it's here and already shaping how stories are told, images are made, and ideas are created and developed.

But where does that leave artists, writers, designers, photographers, videographers, and other makers?

Join us for an evening panel discussion as we explore how AI and large language models are affecting the creative industries and the arts. Expect an informed and lively conversation with plenty of opportunity for your questions and contributions too.

Our panel:

Alex Chamorro. Founder and CEO of Infinity Fiction, building the next gen-UGC platform where gamers, creators and IPs can build, publish and play Living World Games - using responsible AI that scales human creativity.

Dr Sarah Gibson Yates. Senior Lecturer, Course Director and researcher exploring emerging technology in writing, filmmaking and media practice within the Cambridge School of Creative Industries, and the Media, Arts and Creative Technologies Research Centre, Anglia Ruskin University.

Seb Antoniou. Storyboard artist working across advertising, animation and film with a great portfolio of work.

This is your chance to hear multiple perspectives - from cutting-edge AI tools to critical research to hands-on creative practice - and to join a reasoned discussion about where we might draw the line.

Free to attend, open to all curious minds. Bring your curiosity and join the discussion.
