Join us for free meditation classes!
Please wear comfortable shoes that are easy to slip off for meditation. We will begin with a guided meditation session to help you enter into the state of thoughtless awareness where one is stationed more in the present moment. After the meditation, we will give a brief overview of Sahaja Meditation and be available for questions. We also share balancing techniques and guidance on at-home meditation practices. This helps individuals cultivate a regular meditation routine and experience its benefits more consistently.
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a unique method of meditation based on the experience of Self-realization through Kundalini Awakening. It establishes a deep state of inner silence and joy, where one experiences the deepest self, free from unhelpful thoughts, anxieties and worries.
