Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a unique method of meditation based on the experience of Self-realization through Kundalini Awakening. It establishes a deep state of inner silence and joy, where one experiences the deepest self, free from unhelpful thoughts, anxieties and worries. Sahaja Yoga is a (non-profit) organization and was founded in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi and is now practiced worldwide. Sahaja Yoga is always free and available across the US and in more than 100 countries around the world.

We will meet at the entrance to the community center in front. Our meditation will take place towards the back picnic table area on the grass. Feel free to bring a towel to sit on if you wish or chair if it's more suitable. We will begin with a guided meditation session to help you enter into the state of thoughtless awareness where one is stationed more in the present moment. After the meditation, we will give a brief overview of Sahaja Meditation and be available for questions. We also share balancing techniques and guidance on at-home meditation practices. This helps individuals cultivate a regular meditation routine and experience its benefits more consistently.
