What is it
Manager's Corner is a weekly online session for people managers. Each week covers one topic that comes up in the actual work of managing people: running 1:1s, giving feedback, delegating, handling a difficult conversation, supporting a struggling report, working with a new team.

The format is the same each week. One topic, briefly introduced. A structured discussion where attendees bring questions and situations from their own work. Time to hear how others are thinking about the same problem.

Who it's for
People managers at any stage. New managers in their first year. Experienced managers who want a regular space to think about the craft. Anyone about to step into a management role and wanting to learn from people already doing it.

Format
Sixty minutes. Online, on Zoom. One topic per week, announced in the event listing. Small enough that everyone who wants to speak can.

Why weekly
Management problems don't wait for monthly workshops. A weekly slot means there's always a recent session to come to, and the topics rotate often enough that most managers will find several that match what they're dealing with.
