North Eastern China is super cold. =30 degree at night, to my experience.

Thus, it is very suitable to eat North Eastern Chinese cuisine in winter!

We will share food. Budget: $25-40 per head I guess?

Don't seem to have any booking system. We will walk in.
Worst case, there is a similar restaurant with better internal design just 2 mins' walk away.
