Werribee Gorge is a 500-million year old rock face. For an old crag, she's a beauty!
The plan?
Top roping! Eating snacks. Lots of yapping. Getting some sunshine :)
We will meet a central car parking spot around 8.30am to set up early. The early bird gets the worm at this popular crag. The walk in takes about 30 minutes from carpark to the crag, please wear comfortable footwear for the walk in.
For this trip you will need all the regular rock climbing necessities:
- Harness, helmet, climbing shoes (available to hire from ROC gear room. Open Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6.30pm-7.30pm.)
- Water, snacks, sunscreen, warm layers. hat
Car pool will be organised the week before, please write in the comments if you want to be excluded.
Happy to answer all wonderful and peculiar questions on: 0423 957 254.
See you all there!
