Breath-work session and cold plunge in the lake or ice chest ( optional )
Details
This will be a meet and greet session to see if there are other people interested in breath, work and cold water therapy. We will do some breath work Wim Hof style , and learn to train the parasympathetic nervous system to rest, relax and be calm in difficult situation, and can take a dip in the lake or outdoor ice chest . Bring a towel if you’re planning on dipping and a yoga mat for breathwork if you have one. If not, I have blankets and towels.
I’m no expert, but I’m really looking forward to learning and growing together as a group and community and meeting and connecting with some like-minded people looking to increase their resilience .
